Abstract In the framework of Metric-Affine Gravity, existing correspondence between Einstein tensor and energy-momentum matter provided by General Relativity is extended towards a post-Riemannian description in terms torsion nonmetricity fields, which are sourced spin, dilation shear currents matter. this work, we focus on dynamical role traceless part its intrinsic connection with shears, defining model encloses new black hole solution endowed charges.
